what you will do

• build and ship growth loops, referral systems, and onboarding funnels
• run paid and organic acquisition across app store, tiktok, meta and beyond
• instrument everything, then act on what the numbers say
• automate content pipelines that scale past what a person can do by hand
• test relentlessly and kill what does not work

what we are looking for

• you have moved a real metric on a real product, and can prove it
• you write code, you do not just brief someone who does
• you understand distribution as well as you understand software
• you move fast and finish things
